In February 2014, Fairway advised Primonial REIM on its acquisition, from Aviva Investors Real Estate and Capital & Continental, of « Ovalie » office building in the Victor Hugo office park in Saint-Ouen (93). The total amount of the investment made on the behalf of the OPCI-SCPI fund managed by Primonial REIM is 100 M€. The property, covering a surface area of 15.115 sqm and 237 parking spaces, is fully leased to Samsung for a firm duration of 7 years.

In February 2014, Fairway advised ANF Immobilier in the co-investment with DCB International for the construction of Adecco France’s head office in the Carré de Soie in Lyon (69) containing 13.400 sqm of offices and 250 parking spaces, rented to Adecco France for a duration of 9 years. The building should be delivered in 2016.
